PCC Panel

Power Control Centre (PCC) measured to be the base of an electrical organism in any industry. Hence it shall present users long term dependability, protection, low maintenance & testing time. Power Control Centre (PCC) is used for distribution and control of different power source used in industry. Usually, Power Control Centres is set up near power source hence fault level is high. It is planned to suit fault level of 50KA or 65 KA for 1 sec. Power Control Centres are intended to suit the fault level as well as temperature rise to 40°c above ambient. These are accessible in a wide range (from 630A to 6300 A) to match every user’s requirement.

Applications:

System Range and Machine Capacity

Operating Range

From 250A to 4000A

Voltage

415V or 690V or 11KV

Frequency

50Hz or 60Hz

Electrical Power Distribution & Control Panel

The Power Control Center (PCC) Panel is a crucial part of electrical power distribution systems, designed to monitor, manage, and distribute electrical power to various loads efficiently and safely. Commonly used in industrial and commercial setups, these panels ensure reliable and secure power management, reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.

Purpose and Functionality

The PCC panel is primarily responsible for controlling and distributing electrical power to different sections of a facility.

Components and Configuration

A typical PCC panel includes ACBs (Air Circuit Breakers), MCCBs (Molded Case Circuit Breakers), bus bars, protection relays, and control switches.

Applications in Industry

PCC panels are widely used in manufacturing units, commercial buildings, data centers, hospitals, and power plants.

Safety and Compliance

Modern PCC panels are built to comply with international safety standards such as IEC or IS norms. They feature interlocking systems, overload protection.
